Topic: Gb9 forthcoming season

Hi guys first of all I hope you had a great Xmas and New year!!
Just wanted to stress that the Gb9 season for 2017 is upon us and we need a lot more support for our countries national tour
The deadline has been extended so those who are pondering signing up please do so ASAP.

I mean....undoubtedly we have a great tour which is for me the best national tour on the planet!!
Gb9 has come along way and has now developed into a professionally run and well organised tour. You could almost call it a smaller version of the Euro tour. ie hotels for venues, accommodating players of different standards(tiered system) , match start times, laptop scoring system, referees, livestream....and the list goes on!

So, for all us pool enthusiasts we should strive to support the tour as much as we can and we shouldn't take it for granted that the tour will always be around. This is because we need a certain amount of entrants every event for the hotel venue to host our event. I believe that is a condition from the hotel. (Park Inn Telford).

We don't have much in the UK in terms of American Pool apart from the Gb9 and we have strong competition from snooker and English pool. So let's show our continued support so that our sport stays strong for many years to come.

The GB9 Ball Tour is one of the Best run National Tours in the world!! Considering how low key 9 Ball pool is in UK its amazing how many World class players have come from England!! Darren Appleton Mark Gray Karl Boyes Daryl Peach Imran Majid!! The 5 of us actually won the World Team Champs back in Hannover in 2010!!!

Back to the topic tho GB9 needs the support of EVERYONE.. Last year we had regular turnouts of 85-105 entries every event and we need the same for the 2017 season.....
The Tour offers top playing conditions on nice tables in a very decent hotel at affordable prices, Scheduled match times, Lap top scoring, floating refs, staggered payments and it caters for all standard of players by doing a tiered system a Pro Event and also a Main Event which GUARANTEES every single person at least 3 matches per weekend, then there are always night flyers and scotch doubles events enabling everyone to have a great weekend of pool.....
