 The Pro Shop at The 2016 GB9 Southern MastersPark Inn by Radisson Hotel Forgegate Telford Centre Telford Shropshire TF3 4NA Saturday-Sunday 17-18 September 2016 Once again, The Pro Shop will be offering a tip fitting service at the upcoming GB9 event, using our super tipping lathe - so please bring along any shafts you want tipped, including your spare shafts, and ask your friends if you can bring theirs along for them too! Please note this service will only be available on Saturday and Sunday as I have a previous commitment on Friday. FYI... I've fitted a new, more powerful motor to the lathe, as I seem to have worn out the old one, having too much fun! I have also invested in a highly accurate indicator and then "ground out" the chuck jaws for an even smaller "run out" - this basically means an even better end result for your tips. I'm guessing that I will keep investing in more and more accessories and equipment as time goes on - I've also purchased a slew of other useful stuff already, all too nerdy to mention here, but suffice to say, it'll be a long while before this turns a profit!!!

We're here at the GB9 SOUTHERN MASTERS and once again, I've got people asking for tips to be fitted the second I walk through the door - thank goodness - there's always the slight feeling that no one will need anything and I'll not have anything to do, but it looks like I'll have more work than time... Thank you in advance everyone!
