They are ever so slightly affected by a very powerful magnet, but nowhere near anything like strong enough to snap onto a standard magnetic clip. I have also tested it using 2 powerful flat magnets simultaneously, one inside the Qpod, and the strong one inside a Chalk Shark clip and it works fine, but I don't think it would work by using one magnet and a plain iron washer for instance. Obviously, the chalk sits quite proud in the Qpod as soon as you add anything underneath it. Simple answer, unless you have access to good flat magnets, then no, it's not going to work with a magnet. Hope this helps Matt. BDK. [ This message was edited by: Administrator on 2013-12-28 12:54 ]

I'll tell you what... As you're a great customer, if you want one, I'll let you have the chalk shark for free as it's the last one we have in stock, the clip on the Chalk Shark is great.
Sorry folks, this is a one time offer for Matt who has always been a great customer.

Ah, thanks Dave, interesting design (a touch minimalist!).
