Topic: Tip on Break & Jump Cue

HI everyone

I Have a Schmelke Break & Jump cue, and the tip was drop out . A guy in the pool room has replace it, but it's not perfect

So I want to know what tip you think is better for an break & jump cue (Tiger Icebraker or Phenolic)

I specify that I do soft break (because I can't shoot hard ), so i'm wondering if I put a Hard tip (like Hard Black Kamui) on my Break & Jump cue, I will get more precision for my break and jump shoots without lost much power ...

I Have a last Question:
The Hall Pool Owner say me, phenolic tip are hard to stick. Each time who he try, the tip stick out after some breaks or jumps. Did he do something wrong ?

Why dont you try a all in one Phenolic Ferrule and Tip? That might do the trick for you

he is right in what he says that those tips are hard to stick which is the reason for the all in one tip-ferrule combination

I already think to do that, but the cue is a perfect sneaky pit and I prefer to not change the design of it ...

You can get ivory/white phenolic all in one ferrule/tips so it looks like a normal cue just with a white tip

Failing that, then go for the Samsara break/jump tips - they are awesome!!!
