*Full disclosure - I upgraded this customers parcel to "tracked" for free because we get a fair bit of stuff pinched by light-fingered postmen in his country, and this feedback was sent before this Italian customer noticed our beloved "Parcelfarce" had dispatched his glove to Sweden for some random reason... FFS, you couldn't make it up. I will send him a replacement if they don't redirect it... Watching the tracking with eager eyes.
