Jayson has been tearing it up in the States, but is this match too much for him? I'm sure we'll ALL be rooting hard in our hearts for a massive win by Jayson, but who does your head think will win, and what do you think the score will be?

C'mon... Alcano has got TWO World Championship titles to his name. I mean, I want Jayson to win, but Alcano HAS to be favourite on paper, surely everyone can see that?

Of course Dave but it almost goes without saying. Massive favourite but everyone's hoping for a massive upset.
The book says its a one sided match with Jayson doing well to reach 20 in any set.
Hope he plays well and good luck.

Where have you all been living past couple of months? Jason absolutely ripping up the states. Ok, Alcano may have the edge on the experience front but Jason not lacking in any department. Alcano may have won more tournaments but the amount Jason will have been playing in the states will make a big difference IMO. Jason may be slight underdog, but very very little. All going to be about how both players play/break on the night IMO.

I'd love to see Jayson win and I'm sure he can get close to an upset but my money will be on Alcano. Anyone want a bet with me? I'll give Jayson 3 racks start in each set if someone wants a bet. Only people who know me personally please as I don't bet with strangers. Can pay up at the PMT in Telford in April.

I'll bet a freindly £50 per set. For you to win, Alcano has to win by more than 3 racks per set. Let me know, its Les, by the way.

Ok Les and me agreed £100 per set last night with Jayson getting 3 start per set. That'll do for me Hawkeye, maybe you could bet with BPotter. [ This message was edited by: Riggers on 2013-03-15 09:45 ]

I'd have a punt with ya bpotter. 4 start too good to turn down, if Jason gets in front early then he'll be tough to claw back... Ossie
