Unfortunately I've got to agree - apart from Shane's break on day 1 which was a thing to behold, both players can play better than this.
"Darren Appleton about an hour ago via Mobile ·
Lost 25-17 .. was bad match from us both ..just shane got more luck when making mistakes..from 8-8 to 16-9 was tough to fade the rolls... But that pool ... Table was very tough to play on esp when out of form... Sorry to my supporters and guys who lost money betting on the side... Next time play all around challenge.. i be back for sure.. be lot of practise now till Derby to find my form..."
Still, great commentary from Jeremy Jones, TAR matches are always superb quality, and you've got to take the rough with the smooth - and part of the fun is rooting for your man and suffering the highs and lows as it unfolds.

Apparently O:M:G : what on earth is at it again, this time it's "Critter" who's posting the sartorial commentary... "Critter #TAR30 // Shane wears yesterday's outfit (allowable/recommended when you're the winner), Darren upgrades to dress pants, pointy shoes.""Critter #TAR30 // 23-16, Shane // Darren doing his best to stay afloat but in the game of Rock, Paper, Scissors -- it looks like Train beats Boat"etc... Dint watch Friday neet doc but last neet the break dint mek a difference, they wa both that poor. Difference last neet wa bit of luck wen missing which svb had. He defo got the best break I seen at 10ball tho, amazing how he parks the white on blue spot about 85% of time
