Just looked on the US Open site and there are two Adam Smith's both Americans, so i don't think it is!! Just looked at the draw and Earl is still in. Think he's a prat but credit to him for another good performance. ----------------- Multiple winner of the Solihull Wednesday knockout competition. Hi everyone just thought i'd give you a little insight into the US Open on my day off. i was very gutted losing a hill hill match with Bustamante yesterday on the main tv table. Feel i played better than him throughout the match where he missed 3 or 4 balls and i missed one.I was 8-6 down when a ran a four pack to get on the hill only to come up dry, my only dry break in the match. From then on i didnt have a clear cut chance only 3 rail kicks where he had me in some nasty hooks. To be fair i think i had the toughest bracket: Bustamante,Alcano,Corteza,Appleton, it could have been alot easier hey.Anyway its all part of the package sometimes you get good draws sometimes bad, just have to take it on the chin. However am still in the rat race race just have to do it the harder way. All the other Brits seem to be playing pretty solid stuff. Daryl had a close one with Marcus Juva where he produced some tough run outs to get over the line. Chris Melling had a good result over Neills Feijen and looked to be cueing very well.Darren won decisively over Ismael Paez and Raj won easily too against Tommy Tokoph from the US.
Lets look at the Brits line up today:
Chris Melling v Raj Hundal Daryl v Stevie Moore Appleton v Bustamante
Other mouthwatering clashes are
Morris v Strickland (tv table + live streaming) Van Boening v C Williams Chamat v Parica Daulton v Corteza
Going to Virginia Beach now to relax and unwind and try to forget about yesterdays match. Keep you posted whenever i can.

Good to hear from you Maharaja. There sure is a 'luck of the draw' element but you just have to give it your best shot regardless. Good luck to all the Brits still in there. We've still got a real chance. Finally a big shout to the Locomotive from the St Albans gang. We are all willing you on.
