As ever, there is are a huge number of Brits and other Europeans entering the US 9-Ball Open. I want our regular Pro9'ers to get the first crack at buying the limited number of heavily discounted PPV passes that we will be making available to European viewers of this year's US Open. www.pro9.co.uk/html/SpecialOffers.phpSupply is limited, and the discount is a whopping 25% off - so be quick and snap them up before they're all gone. These passes are for the full Accu-Stats access-all-areas, full 7 days of coverage. Just so you know, I may also run a last minute competition for a single pass... If you win the competition, and have already paid for your Pro9 Special Offer PPV, I will refund your payment, so you win a 100% free pass. *** FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. *** ONLY WHILE STOCKS LAST. *** ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor

I like to let regular readers of Pro9 have first dibs at these discounted passes... Done that now - you're welcome! Today I'm sending out emails to former customers who have purchased passes in the past - always a good take up from them. Tomorrow I will be advertising this Special Offer to the general pool population (if there are any passes left). Supply of these passes is limited, so get yours before they all go! www.pro9.co.uk/html/SpecialOffers.php[ This message was edited by: Administrator on 2016-10-05 02:30 ]

Let me check, although...
It seems to be the same streaming service that was provided in 2014 - so I guess the same applies.
Did it work for you back then?

Here's the skinny, straight from the horse's mouth, "YES the stream works fine on any I-Device - maybe some androids might have problems depending on what upgrades they've done but I-Pads are fine."
So there you have it! Want one?

I'm really sorry you're getting problems chaps. Pat Flemming is a Billiards "Hall of Famer" and I've had nothing but good stuff to say about him previously, and I'm sure he's keen to keep his excellent reputation. I'll see what happens and if necessary I'll give healthy refunds if it doesn't get better real soon. Rico has also mentioned this, and my feed stops and starts too - although my laptiop is amillion miles fro my router so that could just be me, but it seems enough others have mentioned this for it to be a worldwide problem and presumably Pat is working on getting this fixed. I'll look into it, and let you know what happens asap. Whatever happens, we'll definitely look after you right - even if it means 100% refunds - as you've all supported our Special Offers for a long time, and I really appreciate that, ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2016-10-17 12:33 ]

JAM has posted this message from Pat in AZB forums...
" To All Our Customers a sincere apology.
Yesterday ranked as the third worst day in our streaming history. Those who have been with us know what the other two were.
I am making no excuses or assigning any blame to any other entity but us. There were also no mitigating circumstances to hide behind. It was a pure and simple debacle and it was our fault.
I also apologize for the last 108 emails I didn't yet get a chance to reply to and the posters on the AZ Billiards Forums and on all the Social Sites around the world. You all deserved better and we dropped the cueball.
We have worked diligently all night and at 7:00am this morning we believe we have solved the problem. Knock on wood and fingers crossed. Only what happens today will matter.
Great thanks to Chris Renfro of Outsville, Inc. and Jim Forsythe our ITGuy for hanging in there, offering solutions and ultimately and hopefully getting us back online for today.
Once again I apologize.

Hi, I'm really sorry we're all getting problems with the skipping and crashing of the Accu-Stats video stream from the US Open. Pat Flemming from Accu-Stats is a Billiards "Hall of Famer" and I've had nothing but good stuff to say about him previously, and I'm sure he's keen to keep his excellent reputation. We've done many promotions like this with Accu-Stats and problems have been very rare indeed. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do to improve the quality/reliability of the stream, but to ensure customer satisfaction I'll see what happens and if necessary I'll give healthy refunds if it doesn't get better real soon!Several Pro9'ers have mentioned problems so whatever I can do to compensate our Special Offer customers - I'll apply to everyone so you're all happy... You've been great supporters of the Pro9 website on multiple occasions and I'd prefer to keep you as a happy customer - even if it means I have to take a loss on this one event. Hopefully it will be better today. I hope you will let me know? All the best, Big Dave. I think it's better, Dave, in fairness; hasn't crashed yet for me. Not managed to catch as much as I'd like though due to work
