Too sad for words - Lee hadn't been well for a good while, battling an inoperable cancer... Rest in peace Lee - they don't make many like you mate!

A lot of good memories Lee – Vegas, Tokyo, Vegas (again), Alicante, Cardiff, Marina del Or and St Albans and dozens more. RIP my friend.

Desperately sad news as UK Pool loses another gentleman and legend.
It always seems to be this time of year in the run up to the Mosconi Cup... Paul Medati in Nov 2008, Mark Lovell Dec 2011 and now Lee Tucker in Nov 2012. Three true greats.

My heart goes out to Lee's friends and family and as we lead up to Christmas we should also think about anyone else this year who has lost a loved one to this dreadful illness.

Great bloke got me into 9-Ball when he was club pro in Worthing back in 95/96. Will sadly miss you Lee. May you rest with the angels now.

RIP Lee. I met him a couple of times, he was a great guy and one of the first British players to play 9-ball. I was thinking the same last night Riggers, as you say there must be something about this time of year. Heres a video from 1992 of Lee playing 9ball http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxV9e3QNCmQ&feature=relmfu----------------- Matt Lester www.matthew-lester.com

That's a brilliant video Matt. Well found! Here's a photo by Lawrence Lustig courtesy of Luke Riches from Matchroom Sport at the 2001 World Pool Championship.

Very sad news indeed. A great player and lovely person. I was fortunate to meet him and play him on a few occasions. Rest in peace.
