I just received a pm over @ az billiards from Jay Helfert & he has informed me that the world pool masters are leaving Vegas & possibly going to manilla, now I would like to stress that at this point this is unconfirmed (about them moving to manilla) but they are definately leaving Vegas.
When I know more I'll let you know.
