------------------------------- PRO9.CO.UK COPYRIGHTS -------------------------------Just a friendly reminder that although all logos and trademarks in this site are the property of their respective owners, many of the other graphics displayed here have been especially commissioned by Pro9, specifically for Pro9 or The Pro Shop, and are integral features of the Pro9 and Pro Shop web site's corporate identity. These graphics are NOT public domain! They were commissioned exclusively for Pro9's use and form a major part of Pro9's logo and should never appear elsewhere. We're mainly talking about the 9-Ball logo that features in our top banner as well as the topics section and various other places throughout the site. It is not public property and we don't want the unique design of the Pro9 website diluted by having it's graphic elements appearing on other web sites. There are other graphics, which include other copyrighted logos which have been made by, and solely for use at Pro9, like the following image... Whilst the logo in the above image is copyrighted by it's owner, the photograph itself was made specifically and solely for use by Pro9 and is not in the public domain, as it was made from a photograph taken by a Pro9 photographer and then substantially "photoshopped" the copyright for the photograph belongs to us and this is the only example of this image on the web, so if you have this image on your web site please remove it! Basically, what I'm saying is don't steal my work - don't cut and paste my work - whether it's from The Pro Shop or Pro9 - you know who you are... Fair enough? This sounds a little bit like a stern letter... It isn't meant to be, in fact we're all quite flattered that our work has been so popular, and we thank those concerned for their co-operation in this matter. ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2009-11-18 18:29 ]

Peter - It appears that most people find our logos through Google and Javascript won't help us there... I just link offenders to this forum thread from time to time so I don't have to type the same email again and again
Rog - Good point! I can assure you that these are genuine computer generated 3D objects that can roll around in 3D space, we can pose them in any position and they roll true so not sure why they look a bit oval to be honest.
