The players are miked up, being fairly friendly at the moment... They're talking about the balls "skidding" or "skipping" ... It's just 3-2 at the moment... It's the usual stunning TAR streaming quality.

Wow... I just watched the final rack of the day... They are starting the loop in 5 minutes! Hatch has been sharking quite a lot, and swearing too - I REALLY hope he gets beat now! Bad sport, disrespectful, cheat, and cry-baby! Goooooooooooooooooooooo Deschaine! Np score spoilers - buy the stream. [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2012-05-05 06:24 ]

Good stream though isn't it? And fascinating to watch, despite Hatch being an such awful character - having mic's on the players is definitely good if you want to hear their thoughts mid-game. The stream is just looping back to the start if anyone would like to watch it now... I've still got some discounted passes available if anyone is interested, you can buy a pass now and still watch the whole event starting now... ********************************************************************** Sorry if you didn't win. Pro9 has still got a few discounted passes for sale here! **********************************************************************----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2012-05-05 11:50 ]

darn it! Thought all the discounted passes would've gone by this morning, paid full price!
Yeah the whole set up is perfect as always. The mic's definitely add to the quality and in fairness to Hatch, Dechaine was swearing as much as Hatch, particularly mid-set, and Dechaine's no saint in his chair usually either.

Just picking up on what you said previously about Hatch being an awful character, Dave...did you watch the podcast? I thought both Hatch and Dechaine came across tremendously well.

I don't take the podcast off the front page until I've watched it! Only seen the first 5 minutes of it so far though - running The Pro Shop is almost like having a proper job!!! Almost! I just thought Hatch's sour grapes bitching about the last rack was very disrespectful, but I also have to admit to missing the middle part of the action, so maybe if it was coming from both sides, well... Eeeeek!!! [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2012-05-05 12:40 ]

You'll enjoy the podcast I think. If Dechaine can get his A game closer to SVB then he has the personality to maybe get Pool noticed in America again I reckon.

Hopefully not because I'd like to see a final day...wouldn't mind him winning the decider though.

Starts at 7pm "Eastern" tonight, which I believe is midnight UK time, but sometimes they start streaming the warm up a little early, so if anyone spots anything happening a little early, let me know here please, because I'm a busy bunny this weekend, but I like to catch to good bits. p.s. I've got one discounted pass left - if anyone wants it, phone me now - my number is on my card below... ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2012-05-05 23:16 ]
