Don't forget to sign up for the www.MickeyFlynnsPoker.com poker tournament tonight - only 14 registered so far for a $5,000 qualifier - I like those odds!!!

Also, don't forget, the clocks went forward one hour last night - See you at six!

Garrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely gutted.

Not a single decent hand all night and I managed to stick in there until I was nearly on the final table.

I mean really... Not a single decent hand.

Even when I had my best pre-flop hand (Ace - Ten off-suited :( ) nothing came of it - it developed into nothing and I only made some chips by over representing it with a big raise!

Then along comes an opportunity - a straight made good on "fourth street" only for my opponent to make a FULL HOUSE on the "river"!

I've been gently raising him and then even let him think I'm weak by checking on the river, so he would put me all in.

Arghhhhhhhhhh... I sooooo wanted to get to the final table... They're all there now!

Hey, you must like taking cash from Mickey Flynns then... First the pool competition, and now the poker!

That Ben_M bloke was mustard, bullying the chips into his stack from the very start!

yup I like it :) i would have bullied to! you have to.... I would only have stood a cahnce if that straight didnt drop in for a split pot, would have given me about 6800 chips, something to work with....and if the 5'2 had stayed firm then I might have been close to a 50-50 shout....but hey that's poker for ya!

I was desperately trying to hang onto my chips for the final table, I really didn't get a single decent hand - a miracle I survived so long to be honest, but I was totally gutted when my straight got flattened.

Does anyone else find that the winning hand is revealed too briefly most times? It's only there for half a second and then it's whisked away?

People keep bitching about me... I only had (In my view) 2 lucky hands... one against vasey where I called a big raise with nothing and hit a flush on the river... and I cant remember the other I just remember getting lucky. But 2 hands in a 2 hour game is not lucky overall I dont think :(.

See you in the final - And Phil, Ull make it... It's a shame I dont know who you are by face... Might have to visit Mickeys more than Wt's for a change...

Hey, you played the best I've seen anyone play in the MF Poker tournies so far, so congrats... Maybe they need to let us have a few sidebets on the result of the Grand Final? Good luck!
