Darn it, I was second in chips and made a schoolboy/fatal error - knew I was doing it as well... A few more players tonight, they're still playing now... GG all!

Ease yourself in with the £1,000 Freeroll tourney!...

## SUNDAY SIZZLER FREEROLL | £1,000 ADDED | Start time 3pm GMT ##

http://www.pokerstars.com/?source=10711893

I'm gonna have a crack at this £1,000 "free roll" they're advertising at 3pm this afternoon... Any tips for me?

Edit: "Holy Cow"... There's over 600 players registered already, and there's still 3 hours to go... This is gonna be massive! (Scratch that, over 850 now).

My advice is don't bother with freerolls, not worth the time.. Just good practice for proper tornys in my opinion

Yeah, see what you mean - finished 473rd after 2.5 hours in a £4,000 added tourney, winner will get £900 and it paid down to 370 odd but only final table worth winning considering the time invested.

I played several hands really badly, some I got away with, other got spanked hard... I don't seem to have the discipline or concentration to play poker well anymore???

Maybe if I practice a bit it will help me get it back?

Iv given up on playing proper poker online now, Iv been Gettin proper stupid runs last few months, just wasting money now.. Playing $50 tourney the other day, was in top 10 for about 3 hours and looking at a good finish, until I flopped nut flush, he hit full house on turn.. Then after crawling back well, flop quads, he hits runner runner higher quads!
Sorry I know bad beat stories are boring! Lol

Hmmm... Monday night poker... Yeah, what the heck, I'll be there - membership to our PRO9POKER club seems to be growing steadily!

8pm everyone!

PokerStars Home Games
http://www.pokerstars.com

You can then view the private PRO9POKER club room that Matt has set up, see who's registering for which tournaments, and even sit and play at our 3 private tables while you're waiting for the tourney to start - the more the merrier!
