if i cant play in the comp as im a pro coach, there is a huge list of players who shouldnt be allowed to play in the event also.
anyone relegated from the pro and also anyone on the gb9 tour, as what your saying then they all play to a high level and you seriuosly need to sort your rules out as its a disgrace to say you cant play cos i coach pro's

i wouldnt normally air my thoughts unedited on pro9, however as you have decided to, you can have both barrels.
Firstly, without using your name or any personal details that could identify you we asked an independent person who is very senior in the pool world to make a decision.
The information provided was that a person who has/is coaching/coached pros and has taken steps to join the main tour and has quite openly admitted to having a high standard of play, wanted to apply.
After the decision was made, extra information was provided and said official agreed it strengthened the decision.
Before you come on here and use words like farce and "sort your rules out" i suggest you take a moment to consider your actions and that of ours.
We have politely refused your application in private and with reason. Should you have wished to appeal, based on providing further information, you could of done so by replying to our email.
not gobbed off on a public forum, which is exactly what you got barred from AZB for.

Same restrictions as before, please help us out with your next question??
are you referring to the qualifying spots?? (which would of been 50%)??
PM me for a full response and i'll add it to the new FAQ page on the website.
Cheers
Tone Hi Tone, Thanks that answers my question, and yes I was referring to the 50% off the quailifying spots....???Sorry if confused you Wasnt sure if you still get 50% of entry to a quailifiying comp or....should you sucessfully quailify for the GB9 next year, you (the GB9 league team) would contribute 50% to your annual tour fees? Thanks Graham [ This message was edited by: Paddymoffet on 2010-02-06 18:20 ]

Tony Weafer adolf pal gb = farce has been from the start tony i have just qualfied for gb9 does that mean everyone on gb tour cant play cos i coach pro's and someone's opinion that im too good for the gb9 league so we could go through the whole list, people who was in the pro or high in the challenge are playing. farce - meant to start not start teams now singles looks like farce to me and lots of other people have said so statement is true, until you prove its not. rules to not let someone play on 1 persons opinion is also wrong, 1 rule for 1 and another for others. as for az i complained about people telling lies, and mentioned a lawyer and was barred, i also told mr wilson to stick az up his backside for your information, not what you read pal, 2 sides to every story before you try and go low cos i put on here that i cant play, thats my choice and i can let people know and speak my mind on what i think free country, you dont like more bad press for your gb 9 league, you should of let the higher ranked players that the banker thinks is too good for your gb9 to play in there own division, cos i bet a gb9 tour player high on challenge wins the cash and with many complaints. lee brett spots darren appleton the 5 and 3 games on the wire according to tony weafers scout

yes but on on many occasions you have made a point of blowing your own trumpet, weather it be saying you have had x amount of 147s or x amount of break and runs or that you coach all the top boys
i think this gb9 leagues system is ment to introduce more people to the game of 9 ball

Thank you for the support Adolf and the second post is quite correct. Lee, dont do this often, but seeing as you run into me straight on, and after several telephone calls about you, ive decided im not gonna entertain you any further. Pool has always had its problems, and the vision of the GB9 Leagues is to develop the grass roots of the game to help them aspire to be the best they can for their ability, without the politics and BS that has impacted on the game in the past Regardless of how well you do or dont play, you are disruptive, so your out. period. And that applies for all future comps and events i am involved in. Big Tone....... this debate is DONE. [ This message was edited by: BigTone on 2010-02-06 20:52 ]

From a coach? benjamin i dont mince my words or bs i say it the way it is, he wants new players which are bad players to start with. the only way they learn is playing good players,i learned to play snooker against a pro, it was wear the white gloves or learn to play, i was a bad player when i started playing snooker. bad players are people who cant run 3 balls, no offence just facts. Hi Tone, Can you just explain to everyone the process of missing a match please. So, if one player is unable to attend their league night, do they: forfeit/lose that match or is the game rescheduled?
Does the player call the club or the league operator to inform them that they can't make it?
etc etc
cheers mike

Hi Phil,
im sorry to hear the response you got from Wavertree. Rather than give any assurances etc etc on my part, I will instead get in touch with the main people at rileys and have them feedback on this situation.
I will then later tonight issue a statement covering all your questions.
Tone
