Just been reading on the World Snooker website that the UK Championships will be sponsored by Pukka Pies and will be known as the Pukka Pies UK Championships. That got me thinking about the World Championships and I wonder if Ginsters Pasties would be interested in sponsoring them to become Ginsters Pasty World Championships. Seems a far cry from the cigarette company sponsoring days. ----------------- Multiple winner of the Solihull Wednesday knockout competition. They are great pies, and Pukka are huge in the British market, so it makes good sense for them to associate themselves with the UK Championships... World Champs? Probably less so!  I don't suppose the players mind where the money comes from!
