I don't think there is a fully comprehensive calendar.
AZBilliards had a good one, and there's a lot of events at Cuescore.

If you want to compile one, I would like to offer to host it on Pro9 - but it's actually a lot of work that needs to be done every year.

Yeah, each of the individual tours have their own website and Facebook page and I add their details manually.
