Just requested a room from Gre in the Hotel Babylon for the up and coming Czech Eurotour event in Liberec and discovered that all the single rooms are now fully booked :-(.. So if you find yourself in a similar situation to me and don't snore!... then drop me a PM.

SlowAdey.

speaking of hotel issues... how about transport issues? I'm flying to Prague on Friday, landing at about 1pm. Does anyone else who is only arriving on Friday want to share a hire car? s'gotta be cheaper than anything else. Easyjet do cars for about 60 squids.

Thats a good point jonni...

I am flying to Prague with Easyjet from Gatwick on the Wednesday 21st Feb at 10:45am - flight 5493 (I'm not in top 32!), and returning back on 24th at 8:50pm - flight 5498.

I will be travelling with a couple of friends also attending the event... so if you are also flying in and out of Prague around the same time it might make financial sense for a few of us to get together and hire a mini bus up to and back from Liberec.

I've heard a rumour that there is a shuttlebus running from Prague airport to the hotel. Is this true?

Gre is sending out a comms to everyone on the Eurotour email list later today / tomorrow.

Looks like 2 options are available:

1. Get the bus. Public transport is frequent and cheap apparently! It's a 45 min journey.

2. Arrange a lift via the hotel shuttle service, not sure of full details yet.

As soon as more info is released, I'll post the details on here.

Surgeon..

As stated by Gre:
It is possible to order a shuttle bus from the Airport to the Venue in Liberec. The costs are 8 • per person one way.
You can book this service as follows:

- Send your flightdetails - Flight number and arrival time - to Mr. Ivan Pajtl info@iitours.cz
- He will then confirm that the shuttle is booked.
- The payment has to be done when you make your accreditation at the venue with the employee of IIT Tours who will be near to the accreditation point of the Euro Tour.

If you want to use also the Shuttle service from the venue back to the Airport then act as follows:

- When you arrive and pay for the travel from the Airport to the venue, pay also the travel back and give the departure time of your flight.
