I just got a call off Phil telling me he beat Tony Burton in the final of the APN National Champs 9-6. That is a great result for 2 young rising stars on the UK scene. I also think Phil won the Break comp as well, he sounds really happy as it's his first national win in an adult event. Yes Phil did win the Saturday break comp and picked up £130.00 for doing so!
A great weekend had by all and a massive thanks to all the players from APN. An even bigger CHEERS to Andy Jeronimidis for unning the event.
From what I hear everyone thoroughly enjoyed it

Yeah Phil played awesome - was 6-6 against him but he was breaking and dishing like a seasoned pro. I've got no complaints really enjoyed that match and the whole weekend. All the best to Phil and also well done to Tony Burton. Also thanks to the organizer Andy for all his hard work - top job fella.
