I just arrived back from Bangkok yesterday, I was lucky to see Kevin Uzzell win the Thailand Masters. In the final he trailed 10-8 before winning the last 3 racks to take the 1000 GBP 1st prize. The other finalist was a 21 year old Thai called Nittiwat, remember this lad, hes good, in the semi he beat the 5th or 6th ranked Taiwanese.
Congrats to Kev

I pointed Kev in the direction of a few pool halls in Pattaya and Bangkok before he left and they often have big 9 ball events. If you ever go to Pattaya check out mega break, nice club. http://www.megabreakpool.com/lounge.html
