Does anyone know who installs/ensures the TV table is playing to the highest standard possible?

i didn't think much of the table at the world cup of pool to be honest,i couldn't be 100 percent sure if the cable was playing particularly consistent,and by that i mean both from day to day and across the surface of the table. I don't suppose we'll know for sure unless a player tells us, but that's unlikely because diamond were sponsoring the tournament.

Guys name is jussi from Finland, he runs diamond billiards Europe and installs that particular table.
