I used to like Q-Stix at Rushey Green. They had a handicapped 9-ball tournament on the weekend, a nice match table, some top quality local pro's, and a terrific noodle bar down stairs. I haven't been there for a while, but here's their address: Q-Stix Billiards Bar & Cafe
