Topic: Venom shaft.

Recently I noticed that Poison introduced new shaft venom 2. Just wandering its only marketing ploy making poison shafts more "predator" (314/2, Z2) or its really changed and improved. Anyone can answer?

I can't see ANY difference from the product descriptions for the original Venom shaft and the new Venom2...

...According to the text, everything appears to be identical specification. Let me have a word with the people at Predator and I'll find out if it's just a "refresh" of the product image/name.

Here's the reply I received from Predator...

"Hi Dave,

We're working on some new tech illustrations for the website as we speak. The key difference is we've updated the front end to be even lighter with a material change internally, therefore it has less mass and offers incrementally less deflection – greater accuracy. It's an improvement, though I don't know that I would say it's a leap that would warrant an upgrade.
