I have only just seen the news article about Ted and its the first Ive seen or heard.
Its such a shame something like this has happend to a great man. A man who has kept the UK pool scene alive, gives us great tournament weekends away, works very hard and is doing his best for UK pool's future. Also to his team who help him out. Just wanna say thank you like I do every every tournament, but for the past 3years since the BPPPA started and may many more come.
Get well Ted, you are a top man mate.
Best wishes from my father & I. --------------------------------------------------------------
ATTN ALL:
First of all give Ted a break, I know u all wonder and you have a right to ask... You wont get anywhere asking on here. Plus you lot talking about it makes our scene look bad worldwide in pool as people from other nations read this site. What u all asking on here for? If You dont like it then why do u all still bother turning up at BPPPA events?
I saw Ted says stop smoking, I have given up now for just over 3 months (since my birthday 28th August). If I can do it so can you!

Take it easy Ted, get well soon and see you in Manchester in 2007. Well done to your son - another of your successful pool creations.

Just a line to wish you well Ted and good luck over the coming months until your surgery, I have been there twice, Bypass surgery in 1981 and again in 1995. I am now 69, feeling 49 and enjoying life to the full and believe me there is still life in the old dog yet!! I am sure that your surgery will go well, todays medical profession are a credit to humanity.
