Does anyone know someone who works on American Pool Cues?

I have a Balabushka GB5 and would like the following work done:

Lacquer stripped and re-applying
Shaft / Ferrell cleaning
Linen wrap taken off and replacing with Lizard wrap.

If you know anyone who can do this work, please foward details on!!
