I would like to have the leather wrap taken off of my Carolina custom break cue & I was wondering if anyone knew of cue repairers/maintenance people within the North Lanarkshire/Glasgow area who are reputable & who could possibly do this?

There was a bloke in Gosforth area (north of newcastle) who was very good. Dont know if he's still working but may be worth looking into. He made cues for a few of the pros. May be a bit too far away from glasgow????

Could I take the wrap off of my cue myself & if how easy would it be & what would I have to do?

Anyone can take their own wrap off... What you will be left with is an unsightly mess of wood and glue. The art is in tidying up that mess afterwards. If you just leave it, you will ruin the cue. Whether you are planning on replacing the wrap with another type of wrap, or converting the cue to a wrapless version - you should leave it to the experts.
