Does anyone know of any cue lathes available in the UK to do basic repairs like tips, ferrules, wraps etc. The only ones I can see are all in USA.

If I could tag a question onto this as well... How much different from a normal lathe is a cue lathe, I mean, could you use a normal lathe?
And if you can use a normal lathe, how much extra bits and bobs would you need to add? Aldi had a lathe for sale for £30 last month.

I've started negotiating a deal for one as well - I think people are probably "playing their cards close to their chest" as we are all potential competitors for the same business. Once I've got mine sorted I'll let you know how it went and see if there's any advice I can share about the process. [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2013-11-19 12:57 ]
