An awful lot of movement both up and down.

Not enough events really

I always am very impressed by the large number of countries represented. Pool is a global sport, but falls massively behind many other sports in terms of money that can be won, leading to the rankings being more of a case of "find a way to play in every event" and be ranked much higher. Look at Ronnie Alcano, ranked 79, but only played one event.

Only four events used, what about the 14.1 championships? I'd like to see some sort of World Tour, which has about 10 events. Players would need sponsors (or wealth) to travel around and play but the best would find a way.

The recent Charlie Williams promoted event was not a sanctioned event.

It appears to be just a one year ranking list, so that's a bit poor really.

To have a world ranking on 4 events stinks. Way way way way way behind darts and other sports that at one time or another were minority sports.
