Delighted to read the news Johan will again be Europe's captain for the Mosconi, however is there any reason why this is his last? "I’m particularly looking forward to this one as it is the 20th anniversary of the Mosconi Cup, it is in the US and next to that it will be my last captaincy. " Is there a new/existing rule that states a team can only have a captain X amount of years? Is he looking to move on from it? Matchroom want someone new to freshen it up a bit? Roll on December! ----------------- Twitter: @Darren_Foord

Johan did not have his contract with his Dutch Federation renewed and quite amazingly nobody has the vision to see how valuable his expertise would be in developing the game in their country. Last time I spoke to The Big Man he was toying with the idea of seeking his future in another sport - any suggestions. So come on someone pick up on this before he is lost to the game.
