I have a situation. I shot nine ball in, but the cue ball also pocketed. So what gonna happen next? do I lose?

Your opponent gets ball in hand and the nine ball gets repotted. So, yes you lose

I think it's upto him to show you where it says it is loss of rack (which is presumably what he is saying) as he'll find that more difficult.

Rule number 2.6 2.6 Spotting Balls If the nine ball is pocketed on a foul or push out, or driven off the table, it is spotted. (See 1.4 Spotting Balls.) No other object ball is ever spotted.
