Hi everyone, I am currently looking to either buy a new shaft for my cue, or buy a new cue as shaft is knackered. Does nyone have a 314 2nd generation shaft, i see they are meant to be more accurate without having to move to a z-shaft (too thin 4 me). Any feedback regarding how different they are would be much appreciated.......also any ideas what size joint a standard buffalo cue would need as I bought mine together and have not changed it. Also like to say well done to Mr Holtz for winning his match 2day!!!

Is the Pro9 shop nearly ready??????
ANyway, standard buffalo joints are 5/16-18, piloted if they are steel and flat faced if they are phenolic. Earlier Buffalo cues had 5/16-14 joints so watch out. Best thing to do is email me a picture of the joint or let me know the model number. My email address is under the contact section.

Cheers Dave. I hope you managed to grab the generous 2/1 odds for me on that match as I know Darren Appleton did, the bookies sure know their stuff.
