I've got nothing yet, but Ted promised me results pretty quickly for this tournament, because he's quite close to home at this event, so keep your eyes peeled for the front page to change!

Does anyone know when the broadcast will be on Channel 203?? The article said that cameras will be there between 5 & 8pm, but not when it will be broadcasted,
"The footage will be broadcast in the Sports section after Channel M's primetime news, anchored by Andy Crane. That's good news for people wanting to gain exposure for their sponsors and I'm sure it would be appreciated if you would all support this new interest in our sport."

Sorry, I must've missed it out, it'll be broadcast on the news section on Monday evening I believe.
Results are updated to the Semi Final draw now! Who do you reckon will get through to the final?

I'm backing Mr Gray - he is always consistent and always there or thereabouts....Kay v Boyes at 9-8 sounds like it was a top game!!
Has Gray v Kay started yet?? How's it going??

I was at the Boyes v Kay game. James had a very good run on the break all match. He missed quite a few balls as well but didn't leave much. Karl probably played one bad shot all match. At 8-8 I really thought karl would win but it was a very difficult clearance and he scratched to leave james with ball in hand and 3 open balls to pot. I think Karl would admit he started slow today. He was 4-1 down against James Kay before he started playing anywhere near full potential, it took him 10 games in this match to really start to get a buzz about him. Congrats Mark, you deserve your position as UK No1 for your consistent results this season.
Can't wait to make my return next season or maybe Guildford this season and play players of your quaility again.

I bet Mark had a shock though - looking at the rack scores!!! 8-3 up and probably cruising, then all of a sudden 8-8....
Adam must have played well - I see he is not listed in the BPPPA rankings, but plays 8 Ball, so a good debut event for him!

Nice one Mark - Another great result for you i see Manchester is becoming quite a hunting ground for ya with winning the EPT at Stretford earlier in the year now this event congratulations Mark!!
Also well done to Andy as well awesome finalist bet that 3 ball will haunt ya for a while fantastic comeback in the final getting back to 8-8 then back again from 10-8 unlucky Andy.

Well done congratulations Mark on winning the event at the weekend. Well done to Andy & well played getting in the final and putting up a great comeback fight.
As for the 1st time playing with the new changes I thought the conditions of the tables were good & didnt hear no one complain from what I heard whilst the period of time I was there. Tables were tapped good & no problems with them. Schedual match times were used and seemed to work & go quickly so everyone finished early to have a nice evening. I think using alternate breaks with the opponent setting up instead of winner breaks & rack your own was much better & fair.
Thank you Ted & the rest of the tournament crew for a great weekend of pool. See you all in Guilford.
