Hey Guys and Girls. I was watching the movie "The Color of Money" the other night and it got me thinking. Of all the Fictional pool players in the many Pool/Hustling related movies made down the years. Which one particular character do you all think is the best and could "whoop all the rest"?

And also do you have a personal favorite character? As an example I have listed below a few players with their respective Movie title below. Cheers.

From "The Hustler"

"Fast Eddie" Felson...(Paul Newman)
"Minnesota Fats"...(Jackie Gleason)

From "The Color of Money"

Vincent "Vince" Lauria...(Tom Cruise)
"Fast Eddie" Felson...(Paul Newman)
"Grady Seasons"...(Keith McCready)
unnamed hustler...(Forest Whitaker)

From "Poolhall Junkies"

Johnny Doyle...(Mars Callahan)
Brad...(Ricky Schroder)

From "Shooting Gallery"

"Cue Ball" Carl...(Ving Rhames)
"Jericho Hudson"...(Freddie Prinze, Jr.)

Johnny Doyle just for the way he goes into a ghetto pool room and slags them all off.

Quiet as a church :)

If I had to put money on one of those I'd choose "Fats" every time...

A talented, consummate professional who tries his socks off every single match... Sure.... Eddie may have more talent, but I reckon Fats would play more consistently, and subsequently take the money regularly.

Fast Eddie was too undisciplined when he was younger.

Really, I'd like to see a film made of what happened to Eddie in between "The Huster" and "The Color of Money".

Isn't there a Disney cartoon with Donald Duck playing pool? I reckon he'd be tricky to beat!

I don't think any of the above mentioned players would have any problem when up against Katy B and her chav posse massive.
Look out for Daryl Peach (maybe) at the 4.05 mark

I'm sure there's an episode of Married With Children where Kelly Bundy makes an absolute killing at straight pool - only for Al to cost her the lot at the end. Uncle Phil may well be the better player but I'd rather watch Miss Bundy anyday.
