Hey All,
Just wondering if anyone knows if there is are magazines out there that you can subscribe for that cover all cue sports etc. I know there used to be a Cuesport magazine, however cant find anything on the net on that anymore, there is also insidepool etc however I dont think you can subscribe to that in the UK?
anyone have any ideas on UK magazinze that you can physically buy or request a shop/store to order for you?
Thanks P

Why wait till next month to read about today's cuesports news when you can get it today on the net / at Pro9? Tell me what you think is missing and maybe I'll be able to address it. Do you want articles on coaching? Would you like to see more snooker reported here? Anyone else got any suggestions? ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2011-06-19 10:33 ]

Fair shout Dave and to be fair I get most of what goes on here and wouldn't say it's stuff missing. I guess it's juat nice to have something in your hand to read, well I do anyway, even though I'm on here everyday checking stuff out ha.
I would still be on here but I guess you can get different things in a magazine and it's more of a simple structure no real effort for the reader. I'm not saying that your site is hard work because it's not, I guess sometimes I like to just be lazy and flick a page to see what's going on across all cue sports.
If you can provide a section that does this at ease then that would be cool.
I thinks it's hard to compare a website and a magazine I actually like both. And it's also nice to collect or refer back to when every u like.

But I agree with the original poster that a hard copy magazine does have a certain quality that is tough (I'd wager not impossible) to replicate on a website. The fact that Pro9 is still most pool nut's first port of call when within 9ft of a computer speaks volumes though and Big Dave deserves more credit for that than he gets sometimes. Can you imagine if we got him in the Hall of Fame...how awesome would that be!?!? [ This message was edited by: Benjamin on 2011-06-19 22:19 ]

Paddy, whilst I love this site and always refer to this first and foremost for my latest and up to the minute info about the pool world, insidepool can be subscribed to as I have a subscription to it
Hope this helps
