Im excited, as im sure you all are, about the World Cup of Pool, but am a bit confused as to why its not live on SKY Sports or another channel. Surely this is a huge event for pool and would capture those who watch it into some gripping drama and bring the attention of the upcoming World Pool Championships and Mosconi Cup which are both shown live on SS to the public which has to be good for business!! Anyway, just my two cents...Just curious as to why its not live thats all. COME ON ENGLAND. Dazza ----------------- Twitter: @Darren_Foord

I love LIVE pool - It's nowhere near as enjoyable when you already know the result. Perhaps the majority of people who will watch will be casual viewers and unaware of the score? Fortunately we have the perfect solution... Take a trip to Newport, like me! Anyone else going? ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor

I'll be there from Monday night until Friday, I'm staying in the Hilton. Our lads have got a tough match on Wednesday evening against Raj and Ronnie but they will do their best to upset the favourites in this match [ This message was edited by: malaguista on 2006-08-17 09:27 ]
