if you can wait a little bit of time. Get the ones which will be on the Pro9 shop...
Think Dave will spread a little light on if and when that is coming back!

Well I could recommend other shops that do high quality gloves for good prices, but the post maybe deleted because I think its against the site rules. But what I can say is, make sure you get a decent quality one, because alot of the cheapers ones develop holes and whatnot after a thew weeks. [ This message was edited by: Luke on 2006-08-14 00:24 ]

I use a scorpion glove. I have quite large hands, so the scorpion fits me best due to the elasticity of it.

Is it very durable? My lasting impression of gloves is that they don't last very long, or is that just me?

Well I only play once or so a week, so it lasts me quite well. One fault I will have of them is that when you get beat (and are a hot head like me), the stitching tends to go when it gets ripped off my hand and back into the case....

Even the best gloves get holes over time, i have used the last two years the economy gloves, they are the same as the more expensive brands in the fact that they still get holes over time but they only cost £2.99 so you dont mind buying a few. And like Bruno said when you pull them of they pull on the stitching causing them to fall apart the economy ones use velcro at the wrist which saves the stretching as you pull them of.

I use Sir Joseph gloves and I find one will last me about 2 months with a little up keep from the good lady. They do need stitching every now and then. How about getting a hockey glove like Earl Strickland they last forever

I've been using gloves fro nearly twenty years now and my favourites are the Sir Joseph. I had a spell when I was making them myself on my wife's sewing machine, they worked out really cheaply but in the end I got lazy and went back to buying them.
