I'm new on this site and thought it might be a good way to see who else actually cares for the game down here.
I play at Rileys and see people playing a fair bit, but there's no sense of community, you know? I reckon if a few of us got together we could at least get the guys at Rileys to run a weekly mini tournament or something.

Hey Pumba. I used to live in Plymouth and played snooker for quite a few years there. I only took up 9 Ball when I moved to Brum. 9 Ball isn't played much South of Bristol. I intend to move back to Plymouth in a couple of years and will hopefully still be on the GB9 tour. There is no way I am gonna give up playing 9 Ball so when I do move I will be making an attempt to hold some 9 ball comps at the rileys. In the meantime I'll let you know when I am next visiting family down there and maybe we can meet up for a few racks.
If I were you I would speak to the manager of the Plymouth Rileys and see if he'll allow you to hold a competition there. Not sure how many people you'll get but you have to start some where. I think there is a guy from Exeter (ya boo hiss) who wants a game so i'll try and find out his user name so you can contact him.

Hi guys i have just joined the new gb9 pro tour and cant wait for that to start!!
i live in north devon but am always in plymouth to support my beloved green and white barmy army,so if anyone fancys a game of 9 ball give me a message on here!!
