i use Kamui Med its a very good tip..i've tried em all and i have finally found a tip i like, I Use 314-2 i tried a Moori medium soft and hard, everest, sniper didnt like any of em..i must of spent £50-£75 on tips before finding the right one..it holds it shape really well hasn't mushroomed in over a month of playing everyday almost..i 've heard the Kamui Med soft is good too. Which tips can you get the most reaction from the cueball with? I have recently bought my first decent cue, a predator 5k1 with 314-2 shaft, it came with an everest tip. I like the tip but find myself mis-cueing more than i have ever done before, normally when i need to give it a bit of extra power. [ This message was edited by: simmo77 on 2007-11-13 15:06 ]

I've not used them much but I've fitted a few and intend to try one after I've played the Barnsley Open. According to Mick Hill, Karl Boyes and Darren Appleton they get more reaction, better control and fewer miss cues out of the crushed elks. In fact Karl was concerned he was getting too much reaction from the tip and the tip was therefore doing more of the work than his cue arm!
Efren uses these too along with many other Filipinos so i guess they can't be wrong.
