The first quarter-final (Japan v Singapore) has already started and is currently 2-2 (race to 9). After that is Belgium v Canada. There's something weird with this event... No way can Philippines AND Taiwan go out this early! I guess we won't know until we get to see it on TV for ourselves. ....Although, if I am accurately "reading between the lines" it's probably something to do with exceptionally tight pockets and perhaps something to do with the 9 ball movement after the break. (From the reports I've read it sounds like there are too many 9-ball combo's being played at this event). ^^^ It's most likely that all the above is total hogwash, I'm not there, and I do have a vivid imagination!
