ElbowRoom in Oslo charges about 5 Euro per member per hour. 21 new Brunswick Gold Crown IV tables.
Other poolhalls in Norway are a little cheaper. One in Stavanger charges 2,5 Euro, and they have 12 Brunswick Super Gold Crown IV tables which was used in Cardiff during the World Pool Championship. Think it is the tables from 1999.

In Glasgow the going rate is £5.75 - £6.00 p/h.
The Riley's club have Sam K-Steel tables - generally well looked after - whilst the other main club (yeah that's right folks, in Glasgow {pop. 650k} there are ONLY 2 clubs!) has BCE Atlantic tables.
If, however, you join the Scottish Tour (SAPPA) there are discounts on table time available to members.
Good enough reason to move up North?

£4 in Club 9 Belfast. Six tables covered in simonis 860 and the other 4 to be covered soon. Cant imagine you guys could play in such good conditions for this price anywhere else?

Good call from blue suede. The top 64 on the SAPPA tour get 50% off table time at Rileys. In my local at Chapel Street Aberdeen it is £6.50 an hour normally, but with the 50% off, its very cheap. My mate also has a room within a social club with a couple of Brunswick Centurions for £4 per hour.

I quite like Riley's "Play-All-Day/Night" deal for a set fee. Prices for that vary around the country.
Also, our local clubs do a "two-hour-special" - 2 hours for the price of one, before 6pm.

And Riley's "Free-9-Ball" on Mondays through-out the summer months too!

ElbowRoom has 2 for 1 till 5pm every day.
Also: players who are competing in the national league for Christiania Poolclub can play one week for free if they also play the weekly tournaments. That´s cheap!
(To enter the tournament: 20 Euro, 50 % returns to pricemoney)
