I notice that the posters for these events show logos for Dynamic Billard, Aramith and Simonis.
Would I be right in assuming that these companies are sponsors and if it is not a secret, are they providing financial or other help to the BPPPA tournaments?
I ask just for interest.

I think Aramith sponsored the balls, and Simonis sponsor some cloths which have seen at SOME events.

As far as Dynamic are concerned.....dont have a clue mate....never seen anything from them i.e cues, cases, or anything else for that matter!

At events they have the "Fury cues and Cuetech cues" banners all over the place......but i have never even seen one at any event!

Cant wait for the next "big" event though (as it says on the front page here).

Why aren't you allowed in that club, are they worried you might add some credibility to the event?

Mark, if you are barred from Stretford doesn't that automatically bar you from all other rileys clubs?

Ok theses seniors events state that you have to be a fully paid up member of the BPPPA, so then that means anyone who goes in for these European Seniors get funding from the BPPPA so it is about time your expenses were paid for you..

Mark - You are in good company. I am also banned from all Riley clubs because I criticised the poor quality playing facilities in the majority of their sites.

I think by the time the BPPPA starts paying expenses, i'll be old enough to play in it.

I'm also banned from a few Rileys in Manchester, because I used to work in one.

Until I quit the job because the manager was a complete to**er.

So she rang up a few rileys and blacklisted me!
