Hi,
Does anyone out there get free table time at Rileys (apart from you Deano) as i have just had mine cut down from unlimited time to 1 hour per day!!!!
Apparently where i live we have just had a new area manager and he has put a stop to it.
Does anyone know of any other ways around getting free play??
Cheers

There are lots of people out there getting free play but given the bit of news you just came up with I don't think they are about to advertise that fact!
Shir and me get half price because we run a weekly tournament. The manager of my local club is adamant that no one will get free play and I can't say I blame him because no one does anything to justify it.

Its £25 to join SAPPA But it would take quite a while to get into the top 8 to qualify for free table time!
I'm outside the top 8....quite considerably, but I still qualify for half price table time at any Rileys in Scotland.
Where do you come from Dazzler9ball?

I think it's a new policy at Rileys, even the staff don't get it anymore. I've enjoyed free play at my local club for more than 2 years, but now I've been told I won't get it anymore.

I've missed the last couple, but I think we play our 3rd event of the season next month (Scotch Doubles) at Riley's Kirkintilloch June 17th It is £25 for the whole year (season ends March 200 Entry is £20 for members and £25 for non members. I'm sure the SAPPA website will be working again by Friday, so check it out.

my free and cheap table time went a year ago in my rileys your lucky to have lasted this long
if you were a manager at rileys do you perfer 6 idiots using 2 tables drinking and paying full price or a player on a glass of coke practising for a couple of hours
and there is the problem with rileys its a social club not a pool hall IMO
