I'm all for people expressing their views and making suggestions to improve things for us all but this thread is starting to turn into a BPPPA bashing zone and a ****-take. Is that really appropriate at this time when the BPPPA president is very poorly and unable to answer and a few people are trying to keep events going putting in a lot of effort on a voluntary basis? How do you think they feel right now reading all this BPPPA tour bashing the day after all that hard work?

well when your view goes on defo ears for 10 yrs riggers in all forms of cue sports then you have to go to roots riggers and these questions were never answered over and over! no one is knocking the effort but unfortunatly its not working so thrashing out views and opions with ok a hint of sarcasm imho isnt harming anyone!

I'm not saying don't discuss these things, I'm just suggesting a little sensitivity wouldn't go a miss at this time.

...And I'm not from Barnsley, I'm from Lytham St. Annes ;)

Now then Dynamite, why not start a thread to tell us all about your exploits over there 'cos I know a lot can't wait to hear all the stories. Better still we need to do it over a pint or 2. Get yourself to Riley's Barnsley with Lefty and tell us all about it.

A hint of sarcasm? I wouldn't say that subtelty was anyone's forte in this thread.

If threads like this do no harm to anyone that implies that they have no consequence. If they have no consequence they become a little paradoxical. In other words there really was no point to the thread in the first place. Is that what you're saying? If not then you have to entertain the notion that perhaps they do do some harm.
