56-56 this is insane! :D
58-56 Shane
58-58 (Shane is missing a LOT of shots now, looking very human).
58-59 Alex (Alex has slowed down the play quite considerably and is making it tactical again).

My amazing breakfast of bubble and squeak incorporating kippers, chillies and garlic, with a baked bean side, and coffee!

60-62 Alex (7 pack from Shane is v. doubtful this morning, but still fascinating play).

62-66 Alex
64-66 Alex (Shane has won 3 racks in a row helping his score a fair bit).

70-67 svb at end of play this session.
exhausting to watch, i can only imagine what it would be like to play! tough table too - a lot of misses...definitely fatigue and concentration will be a factor in this game as well.
Alex will probably be kicking himself a bit for not leading going into the final day.
The quality of the stream is top notch btw - shame about the commentary at times. Dippy Dave as a commentator? the guy can start an argument with him self - amusing at first but gets annoying after a while.
I think both players will get to 90 maybe even 95 each - impossible to call this match imo

I can't help thinking that both days Shane was able to change gear towards the end and start stringing racks together - if he can do that at will, then Alex will be in trouble, but Shane did look like he was genuinely struggling last night.

but the difference is,playin for 8 - 10 hours a day for 3 days solid and tryin to keep concentration, impossible.some of the shots that were missed were down to concentration and probably fatigue,if it was short races when the balls were missed it wouldnt have happened,am sure ye understand where am comin from

svb run 3 4 7 packs which was an amazing thing to do after playin for long hours, best man won this time

Here's your inbox mate!

I can't help thinking that Shane could have won by more given the fact that he was able to step up a gear towards the end of each day?
