Northern Monkey Boy or not - it was still a great performance on the last day. Forget the final and the Semi against Alcaide and Jungo, the real quality was beating Neils and Hohman in successive matches. would have been so easy to take the foot off the gas after one of those matches but you didnt - absolute pleasure to watch. Just Like Imran last year you have given all the UK Players some more inspiration. Bring Your Trophy to Stafford mate - be good for all the BPPPA lads that didnt see it live a chance to see you lift the trophy - Who Knows, Jon may even give us a repeat Birdy performance after LMFAO - wicked!!!!! and no Joke - That WAS the toughest euro tour event / field i have seen. Also well done to Richard Jones and Mark Gray!! Jonesy shudda taken out Ralf - 5.4 up with 3 breaks to come but didnt take advantage - bad luck mate - think you will have him next time!! and what about Mark Grays fightback against Marcus Chamat - 9.3 down and wins on the TV table 9.10 for his finest 9ball victory to date - well done to you mate - Once again some more players inspiring the brits to what can be achieved! to you all i salute you! - and cheers to Imran for the free Minibar on Sat night for the boxing!!! hehe Ossie

Ossie Great post Ossie.......but its like i told you on the first days play, remember when you didnt believe i meant it.......i told you that YOU had inspired me towards this win, i'm not gonna go into details but your recent results and matchplay (thats got you your world spot later this year in Manila) made me look at my own game in more detail......this made me paractice a few things and helped me to get out of some very bad habits. ......So i salute you, even though your a southern shandy drinker! -----------------
