So it costs a right few quid to host a Euro Tour event.........now I can see why that letter from Gre was sent out.

Bearing in mind the financial committment, I am astonished that anyone could consider the staging of a Euro Tour in the UK. The money would be better invested in putting on a UK event of our own. We used to be the market leaders in the game, now we are just another run of the mill country where success has no rewards. A European sub division! The outlay required (if added to entry fees/ could produce a Blue Riband event attracting a global field.
