Fair play to Liam taking a challenge. Jesus the amount of easy games gone unnoticed by the local click in past is criminal tbh and yet when you fancy a test all the devils playground breaks loose. If anyone does play for big pots then I advise getting the money in advance. Cheers

I see that point to be fair, win a couple early puts pressure on (as me and Nicky know well, we both done it in last few months). However being the voice of reason, i dont think 5 is enough. No offence meant to Nicky obviously, think Rhodes just too good to play with 5 start

I think if you played off levels you'd do well to get past 13, but having start from the beginning and winning a couple of early racks changes the complexion game completely, puts pressure on straight away and gives the guy with start some extra confidence. I don't think 5 is enough and I think 7 is too many, but either way the first 3 racks will be important for both players
