well done Daz (Well dun Pal ! lol) - we were rootin for ya mate. Still a the devils playground of a record you have . If you play every event you would be top 5 with the results you have had!

Depends where your flying from for Germany.
German Wings from Stanstead is criminal costs this year apparently. Best bet is looking like BA from Heathrow... unsure of availability on those flights tho so need to get in quick. Prices may have already soared.

Andy - gutted for him, played really well on the friday convincingly through to the last day. Blame Riley mate - if only he had of knocked out Reimering on Friday! Aaaaaaggghh! lol

Myself and kev Squeezed in with the skin of our teeth - wasnt expecting too though.
We were scoping all the players and were speculating continuously about who would be where and who needed what score etc etc...

Kev Bt Eckert 10-9, from 6-1 down i believe to qualify!
Thats a feat in itself but when you consider that Eckert had already beaten Kev the previous day and also come back from 9-3 down to beat Kev 10-9 in Liberec, Kev Uzzell showed baals of steel to come back and win like he did. That 1 rack got him his world Spot!!

eh kev, that one Rack - MASSIVE, MASSIVE!

Really pleased to have beaten Jim to Qualify - however he was not on his game (Luckily for me!) and i (eventually) took my chance to win the match 10-8.

Ossie

Just got home myself... "Come On Pal!" Great stuff Daz... fantastic performance yet again! And Congrats to you Oz and Kev for getting your world spots... after all the speculation and calculation I can say it was with relief that I checked the rankings today to find that you both scraped in!!! Great stuff boys. Now we can all relax and look forward to a good old fashioned shin dig in Manilla!

With all these good Brit finishes it won't be long before we dominate an event! We've got enough class players now to do a clean sweep! would be awsome! Wadayusay fellas? :-)

Awesome again daz! Showing everyone who's the best UK player eh!

Regarding flights I got return flights for me & Shir for £98 each from Heathrow but I doubt you'll get that deal now. Saw Mark in Cambridge and he said he got similar price from Stanstead with German Wings.

We are flying on Tuesday night at 8pm after watching quarters at Crucible in morning. See you all there.
