Topic: Is the IPT finished????

It will be great if this is true - but words are so much more affordable than cheques- here's hoping!

There, you see, it was never in doubt!!!!!

I can never take seriously someone who signs off a letter with 'Very truly yours'. It's about as insincere as it gets. But I am beginning to believe the players will get paid soon. Whether they get the full amount and in what format the tour continues are the real questions now.

Well, there has been another announcement yesterday, telling that there will be another announcement on Monday because there is problems with the financial situation. They haven't got the funding 100 %, but the players will probably get % of what they are owed, and that the rest of the owed money will come in another check..

I would wait with poping that champagne till the players have received their checks, with full payment...

These latest pieces of info, only strengthen the reason why I'm keeping an open mind on the situation of the IPT, in fact, both Riggers and RugRat have pretty much hit the nail on the head

I would very much like to see the IPT sorting itself out and paying out the cheques to the players soon, especially since they have certainly earned it

I have no doubt the IPT will continue in some form or other and even if it all ended tomorrow it *has*been good for the sport. However, all these questions now need to be answered. Several promises have already been broken and blatent lies have been told so who would not be a doubter?

the unoffical reason why hos buying the ipt is probably to and one that makes sense to me is its a good way to get rid of some dirty money and gain some clean money at the same time

I'm not doubting the state of the IPT because I just look at it on a day - day basis, but as far as I can see, the IPT is sorting itself out againh and the sooner the better, for all the guys who are waiting for their payday to arrive, but I'm still remaining on the 50 yard line on this because whatever happens, happens

I will say though that it very much looks like the IPT is fine, but don't quote me on that
